Paul and Pokey were a ventriloquist magician act and the favorite to win the latest season of televised talent competition America’s Next Superstar. Tragically, the show had to pause after a producer discovered Paul’s body on stage. Primary investigations concluded Paul died accidentally during an unauthorized rehearsal gone wrong.
