Get a Library Card
Any resident or property owner in the town of Rushville is eligible for a resident Rushville Public Library card.
For information on other types of cards (non-resident, reciprocal borrower, teacher, student or PLAC) please contact the library at firstname.lastname@example.org or call (765) 932-3496.
Your first card is free, but there is a $2 fee for a replacement card.
You must apply for your card in person. Children under the age of 16 must have their parent or legal guardian with them to apply for a library card. It is recommended, but not required, that a child be 5 years of age before applying for a personal card. Parents will be financially responsible for any lost or damaged items that their children may incur.
When a patron applies for a new card, he/she may check out two items. The new library card will be mailed to the patron (to verify address) who may then use the card for any library circulating material.
